Payment

DSGFiles.com accepts online payments with the following cards and methods: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Since all products sold on DSGFiles.com are digital files and software services delivered electronically, payment is deducted from your account at the time your order is placed and the digital product or service is created/delivered, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount Reserved

When using a debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount charged. For ready-made/plug-and-play files, this amount is withdrawn immediately upon delivery. For custom or bespoke files requiring manual processing, the reservation may be held until the file has been prepared and delivered, typically within 30–90 minutes.

Debit Card Authorization

When using a debit card, the reserved amount will appear as unavailable on your account. If you or DSGFiles.com cancels the order, we will not withdraw the funds, but the reservation may still be visible on your account for a period of time. Only your bank or card issuer can release such a reservation.

Credit Card Authorization

Funds are withdrawn from your account when DSGFiles.com processes your order. The transaction will then appear in your bank/card statement.

All prices on the website are listed in EUR, and include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable EU VAT rules, as shown clearly at checkout.

DSGFiles.com uses a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway that encrypts all payment information using SSL/TLS, meaning your card data is secure and cannot be read by third parties. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

All products sold through DSGFiles.com are digital files delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. Ready-made and plug-and-play files are typically delivered instantly by download link included in your order confirmation email and your account. Custom/bespoke files requiring manual processing are typically delivered within 30–90 minutes, though delivery times can vary depending on complexity and are stated on the relevant product page.

If You Regret Your Purchase (Right of Withdrawal)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases made online. However, because all products sold by DSGFiles.com are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

By completing your order and accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, in doing so, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

If an order has not yet been processed or delivered, you may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before delivery by emailing dsgfiles @ dsgfiles.com.

Please Note

Downloaded files are non-refundable, as the digital content has been fully delivered and consumed. Once a purchased file is downloaded, this is recorded in our system. Orders not yet downloaded or processed can be cancelled and refunded at any time upon request.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty applies in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act, covering errors in the software provided by DSGFiles.com arising from our own workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from incompatible hardware, incorrect installation, use outside the intended purpose of the product (see "Use of Products" below), or modification by a third party after delivery.

Complaints regarding errors or defects must be reported to DSGFiles.com within a reasonable time after receiving the file — we consider two months a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us at dsgfiles @ dsgfiles.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Use of Products & Legal Compliance

Products related to EGR, DPF, and DTC (emissions system) modifications are intended exclusively for off-road, motorsport, and closed-track use where permitted by local law. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any modification is legal in their jurisdiction and use case before installation.

The customer is solely responsible for verifying that any file, remap, or modification is compatible with their specific vehicle, hardware revision, and software version before installation. DSGFiles.com is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, incompatible hardware, or use outside the stated purpose of a product.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell your personal information and do not pass it on to third parties. It is registered only in our customer directory. You may request to have your information deleted at any time.

To enter into an agreement with DSGFiles.com, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the digital product/service to you and for order/customer support. Your information is stored with DSGFiles.com for up to five years, after which it is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure this happens only with your explicit consent, so you are informed of exactly what is collected and why.

As a registered customer, you always have the right to object to the registration of your data, and the right to know what information is registered about you, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. Right to Complain

If you wish to complain about a product purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service at dsgfiles @ dsgfiles.com.

You can submit a complaint to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Klageportalen (complaints portal) for Nævnenes Hus. A complaint requires the product or service to cost at least DKK 1,100 and at most DKK 100,000 (amount limits may change). A fee applies to have the complaint processed.
